The Cushionflute Carton is a two piece (base and lid) product which offers many advantages as a container over the current EPS and Wax Laminated Cardboard cartons.

The carton was developed with a goal of making it as space efficient as possible. The carton can be flat packed for transport, then erected again in a matter of seconds. This results in lower delivery and transportation costs, especially when combined with the carton’s reusable design.

The carton also offers high levels of both structural integrity and thermal insulation. Due to our patented internal structure of multiple thin-walled tubes, the carton achieves high compressive strength with minimal weight. This provides strong levels of protection for any goods contained within the carton.

The thermal insulation properties of the carton were a point of concern for us during development, so we spent particular time and effort in making sure we not only uphold industry standards, but push them.  On a day where ambient temperature was between 15° and 18°C, the carton was refrigerated to -8°. After being left in the shade for 24 hours, the internal temperature had only risen to 10°.
