Our container is optimised for wet, damp, and cold conditions. Inherent in its polymer based design, cold environments increase structural rigidity. It will not deteriorate on contact with moisture or submersion in liquids and can be washed, decontaminated, and reused. Additionally the container provides a degree of thermal insulation.
Flat Packed
Developed to be as space-efficient as possible, our container is readily stacked on standard pallets to maximise storage and warehousing utility. As a result, delivery and transportation costs are optimised (particularly compared to polystyrene alternatives).
Erection
The set up simplicity of our containers has been an area of particular focus and development. Erecting one of our containers is performed in a matter of seconds and critically does not require any adhesive tapes or hot melt glues; improving production efficiency and reducing cost of consumables.
LINER-LESS
Our container is manufactured from the highest grades of materials to ensure all contact surfaces are food contact safe and to achieve complete water containment. This makes the use of “liner bags” unnecessary in our container.
High Impact Resistance
Our container is optimised for high levels of compression resistance. The parallel arrangement of multiple thin-walled tubes creates our patented internal structure, which achieves its strength while ensuring minimal weights gains.
100% SUSTAINABLE
Our container is 100% recyclable and degradable (optional). As a part of a closed loop system, the container can be washed, decontaminated, and re-used. At the end of its service life, due to its unique design, individual plastics can be separated and the container can be completely recycled. This boost to the environment can be highlighted in marketing materials and CSR initiatives.
